A club one-design so that all sailors can
compete on equal terms disregarding their size, age or handicap. Correcting weights
at the centre of gravity provide similar drag and stability. A Laser Radial rig
is used so that only a hull can be bought. |

Turbo 13 is typical of the new breed of dinghies issued from
the famous Sydney 18 footers. She has several rigs
available depending of the crew weight on trapeze. An asymmetric spinnaker
will further increase excitement in reaches. |

Turbo 18 a été conçu comme un 18 pieds de Sydney d'entraînement. Un double fond, un franc-bord accru, des drisses et des échantillonnages convenables permettent de sortir en mer en toute autonomie sans l'assistance habituelle des engins de Grand Prix. |
Turbo 18 was designed as a Sydney Harbour 18 foot
skiff trainer. Double bottom, increased freeboard, sail
halyards and conservative scantlings provide the self-sufficiency needed to
go out sailing without the usual outside assistance required by Grand Prix
racers. |
